Founder and CEO of an AI-driven digital health startup building a connected care platform for epilepsy patients, physicians, and caregivers. Set the company vision and product strategy, lead fundraising for seed and Series A rounds, ensure CE/MDR alignment with the R&D team, and define the go-to-market strategy across the UK, US, and Asia. Lead a cross-functional team of 8 across product, engineering, and clinical affairs.

Golpak Chemie — Tehran, Iran

Lead the commercial function of a chemical products company, responsible for revenue growth, team performance, and key client relationships. Built and lead a regional sales team of 5, developed key account relationships with 13 major industrial clients, and introduced structured forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking. Delivered ~5% revenue growth in 2021.

Kimia Segal Artin Co. — Tehran, Iran

Founded and led a medical disposables company from start-up to an established player in the Iranian market, reaching €1M annual revenue by 2016. Defined and executed the overall business strategy, built a national sales and distribution network of 20 agents across 7 provinces, recruited and managed a team of 6 across sales, marketing, operations, and administration, and oversaw P&L and pricing decisions.

TGEC Co. — Tehran, Iran

Project Manager for the national programme to convert 125,000 vehicles to CNG (compressed natural gas) in the Iranian aftermarket. Managed the full project lifecycle (scope, WBS, scheduling, budget, cash flow, reporting), a project budget of approximately €25M, and a team of around 2,000 across production, QA, engineering, and subcontractors. Handled contractual claims and change management with clients and subcontractors.

Marmar-Saman Manufacturing Co. — Tehran, Iran

Led the technical engineering function for a manufacturer of artificial stone and hygienic equipment. Managed the engineering department and supervised a team of 8 engineers and technicians, oversaw product design, process engineering, and technical support for production, introduced manufacturing improvements that increased efficiency, and ensured compliance with ISO 9001, DIN, and ASTM.

International Business Forum (IBF) — Tehran, Iran

Executive head of a non-profit business association representing about 500 member companies, focused on trade, policy, and international business relations. Provided strategic leadership and governance, led advocacy and external relations with government bodies, chambers of commerce, and international partners, drove membership growth, and managed operations, budget, and funding.

Kavir Automotive Industries — Tehran, Iran

Project Manager in an automotive manufacturer, responsible for the delivery of a new product line for tire retreading. Planned and delivered industrial projects on time and within budget, coordinated engineering, production, and QA teams plus external suppliers, managed a budget of approximately €2M and a team of about a dozen, and ensured compliance with automotive quality standards.

Parmida Co. — Semnan, Iran

Led the technical engineering department in a manufacturer of automotive components. Managed engineering design, process optimization, and technical support to production, supervised a team of 15 engineers and technicians, implemented quality and process improvements aligned with ISO 9001 / 9002, and supported equipment selection, commissioning, and troubleshooting of production lines.

Urumia White Cement Manufacturing Co. — Urumia, Iran

Production Engineer in a white cement manufacturing plant, responsible for day-to-day operation and optimization of production processes. Monitored and optimized production parameters to maintain product quality and yield, supported troubleshooting and downtime reduction, worked with QA to ensure products met national and international standards, and contributed to continuous improvement initiatives.

Artawheel Tire and Rubber Mfg. Co. — Ardebil, Iran

Led the engineering function during the development and construction of a tire and rubber manufacturing facility, acting as the owner's technical lead in FEED and detailed design reviews. Reviewed FEED deliverables produced by the licensor and external contractors, verified compliance with project specs and international codes, participated in HAZOP and safety reviews, evaluated requests for design deviations, and ensured implementation of ASTM, DIN, ISO, and JIS standards.
